Returns Policy

PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS WILL BE REIMBURSED AS A STORE CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

  1. Quality Issues / Damaged on Arrival

    • If the product has a quality problem or arrives damaged, you will be eligible for a full (100%) refund.

  2. Other Returns (Non-Defective / No Quality Issue)

    • If you return or cancel for reasons other than product defects or damage on arrival, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted.

    • You are also responsible for all shipping costs (both original and return).

  3. Eligibility & Conditions

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

    • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

    • Returns will only be accepted for items purchased directly through teamac-design.com or authorized dealers.

  4. Process

    • To return a product, please include a note inside the package with:

      • Your name

      • Address

      • Reason for return

A few things to note:

If you purchase an item during a sale, or if you use a coupon code you will receive a refund based on the sale price. NOT full retail.

After we issue a refund, it can take 3-15 business days to see a credit minus shipping back to your original form of payment.

If you'd like to exchange a product, you'll need to complete the returns process, and NOT place a new order. If you place a new order, the initial order will receive a credit card processing fee for the refund issued.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Cancellations

We will charge a 5% credit card processing fee for cancellation of orders

Exchanges

We will exchange all the product in their original packaging with additional shipping paid for by the customer.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and our products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
